Join us for a 2-hour Corporate Wellness morning that includes:
- Stand Up Paddling (SUP)
- Stretching to increase flexibility
- Learning tools for managing stress
- Reflecting on well-being and personal growth
- Acquiring new nutritional knowledge and tricks to feel refreshed
