No problem! We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. That means you can cancel up to 12 hours before class start time and the class will be credited back to your account for future use.
- To cancel a reservation, log into MindBody, to to My Info, click My Schedule and click Cancel next to the class time.
- A 'late cancel' is any cancellation that occurs less than 12 hours prior to the start of your class. Clients with class packages will lose one class. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS for late cancellation!
- A 'no show' occurs if you do not cancel AND you do not show up for class. Clients with class packages will lose one class. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS for no shows!
- All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable, exchangeable or transferable.
Registering for the waitlist is just like registering for a class. When scheduling, choose ‘Yes, Add me to the Waitlist’. You will be notified up to 12 hours before the class if you have been moved from the waitlist and added to a class. If your plans change, please remove yourself from the waitlist.
- All group classes require a 12 hour cancellation notice, so if you're added to a class from the waitlist at the last minute, be aware that the 12–hour cancellation policy still applies.

Stand Up Paddling is a weather related activity and your safety and comfort are our number one priority. Weather forecasts in Chicago are unreliable, so come prepared to paddle! We do our best to determine weather suitability and safety in advance, but ultimately, weather can be a game-time decision made at the start of the lesson or class. If at the start of a lesson or class there are signs of inclement weather, we will cancel and your visit will be credited to your account so that you can come again anytime. We do not issue weather refunds.
Are life jackets required?
Yes, Personal Flotation Devices (PFDs) are required — and we provide PFDs with all classes and lessons! PFDs are intended to keep people safe. If you take off your PFD, we will kindly ask you to put it back on. If you remove it a second time, we will pull you off the water (no refunds). Please respect our policy so that we can make sure everyone has a safe experience.
